Today’s Featured Friday is on Creative Motion Events by Fay. Creative Motion Events is an Event Designing and Coordinating business that specializes in creative event designing and event planning.
In 2011 Fay designed her own wedding and that’s where her inspiration grew from. She fell in love with the idea of creating something magical. Fay loves putting a smile on someones face while doing exactly what she loves!
What is your best advice for a bride-to-be? My advice to for a bride to be is don’t try to take on too much, it adds unnecessary stress which takes away from your special day . Put that time and energy into the most important things and let the coordinator handle the rest.
I asked Fay what her favorite part of a wedding day is and she couldn’t pick just one thing! She has several parts she loves, like when the bride is walking down the isle, when the bride and groom first make eye contact, when everyone is on the dance floor partying the night away, and of course when she sees the smiles on the bride and grooms face that show they had an amazing time!
If you were any other profession, what would you be?I have loved dancing since I was a child. I remember watching ballroom dancing competitions and wishing that were me. In middle and high school I found myself participating in every talent show doing step, dance routines and modeling. In high school a few of my close friends and I got together and formed a dance group called DaLinx where we preformed any chance we could get.
Fay’s passion for her design is what keeps her going. Her passion shows in everything she does. She brings joy and beauty to any event she does. While Fay works amazingly with everyone, her ideal client is someone who has a sense of humor, is organized, kind hearted, and trusts their coordinator will make the best decisions for them.
What are your hobbies? What do you do in your non-work time? Our weekends consist of spending time with our two beautiful children, Omarie and Totiana and the rest of our family. My husband and I are both come from big-close knit families so family is a priority for us.
If you were a flower, what kind would you be and why?Birds of Paradise because it symbolizes joyfulness and can also be used to indicate exciting and wonderful anticipation
