I’ve had the pleasure of working with Jacs about a dozen times over the last 6 months and each time I enjoy it even more! Jacs is both professional and personal. She has a huge heart, is flexible and makes your vision come to life. Jacs is a makeup artist based out of Crownsville, Maryland (but she travels basically anywhere!).
Jacs and I have worked on many projects together, and her willingness to accommodate has been a dream. She is willing to make a 2-hour drive, sit in traffic for days, she works well under pressure and time restrictions, and never once have I seen her less than smiley and happy! She really is a true gem and I am so thankful our businesses crossed paths in 2018! Cheers to 2019 with amazing business owners by my side as we serve amazing clients.
Jacs has always had a love for makeup so she did wedding makeup for friends and family and her business blossomed from that! She loved the experience of being there for someone’s big making them the most beautiful version of themselves. So, here we are! She runs a makeup business that keeps her very busy, and each and every one of her clients is so lucky to work with her!
What is your best advice for a bride-to-be?
This is a one-time event and it should be exactly what you and your fiance want it to be! Not what your parents or in-laws want or what your best friend is begging you to do. Do it the way you want to because it is all about your love.
What is your favorite thing about a wedding day?
The hour I get to spend with my bride! I love to be able to get her to the side away from everyone for a bit for a chance to relax with her eyes closed to collect her thoughts and focus on how awesome the day will be.
What keeps you motivated to face the challenges small business owners face?
The bigger picture of doing something I love!
Oh! Jacs has three furbabies , they are husky rescues that are totally adorable!
