I am really lucky. My husband is so sweet and supportive of my creative photography gig. He comes to sessions with me, he answers emails, does consults, he really does it all! Whenever I need assistance he is there.
Recently I’ve been doing projects of photographing myself. It has been ten times easier when Philip does the actual photographing! I’m really intentional with the look I want, and he is so patient with me until we get the shot.
This session was inspired by Poison Ivy, the character. Since I am a redhead and green is one of my favorite colors it seemed to be a good idea. We bought the dress from Amazon Prime, the shoes I already had, and I spent a fair amount of time doing my makeup and hair. The location was just outside of a greenhouse, Sun’s Garden and Landscaping.
